Festival Leadership

HPAF’s senior staff is comprised of a distinguished group of world-class performers, directors, conductors, coaches, and educators. Carefully selected for both their artistic excellence and commitment to mentorship, they are dedicated to nurturing each young artist throughout their residency.

Our faculty’s primary mission is to guide participants in developing a deeper sense of self-awareness and confidence as musical storytellers and ambassadors of the performing arts.

Faculty rosters are tailored each year to meet the evolving needs of the Festival. To explore our current faculty and read their biographies, please refer to our 2025 Season Program Book (available June 2025).
