Our senior staff is a carefully selected group of world-class performers, directors, conductors, coaches, and teachers. As mentors at HPAF, the senior staff is committed to the support and development of each young artist during their residency. The primary goal of the senior staff is to ensure all participants depart HPAF with a greater sense of self-awareness and confidence as musical storytellers and representatives of the art form.
