Vocalists - String Players

A world class study and performance program
based in Waimea on the Big Island.

Financial aid is limited.  Students who need help attending the festival are encouraged to first try community and family sources for assistance.

The first step toward getting aid is to apply for admission and be accepted to the festival by auditioning in person, emailing us a recording, or by recommendation from an HPAF faculty member. The festival's limited scholarship funds are awarded based on three criteria:

•  Merit
•  Financial need
•  Needs of the festival

String applicants interested in receiving financial assistance should first apply to the festival here.
